Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Prime Pixel Digital website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Services
Prime Pixel Digital provides digital marketing services including SEO, web design, social media management, and AI automation for local service businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.
Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. All plans are month-to-month unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by Prime Pixel Digital for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, processes, and templates remain the property of Prime Pixel Digital.
Limitation of Liability
Prime Pixel Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all completed deliverables and assist with a reasonable transition.
